Delivery
Local Mail
Loyalcompanion will inform you in 2-4 working days of the arrival of your items once payment has been verified. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.
We only do Registered Postage as to prevent loss of products.
Registered Mail is an additional $2.24. You will be given a tracking number to track your parcel if your parcel doesn't reach you on time. Alternatively, you can contact us at serene1144@yahoo.com.sg for your parcel details. If you are not around when the parcel was being delivered, the postman will leave a collection slip at your door step for you to pick the parcel up at your nearest post office.
Overseas Mail
There will be an additional charges of overseas postage, depending on the country location.
Payment Options
We accept POSB/DBS bank transfers, please keep your receipt and send us a snapshot as proof of payment.
Returns & Exchange Policy
If you have received an item with a defect or a wrong item, please email us immediately serene1144@yahoo.com.sg. We will do an exchange if the item of your choice is sold out, otherwise, we would do a full refund back to you. Defected goods must be returned within 7 days from the original date of purchase.

Pets clothes: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
Other items: We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We share our experience of using the products on our dogs so as to guarantee the quality of the products.
